Returns & Refunds Policy

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days after delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
  • Because each item is made to order, no returns/exchanges or refunds will be accepted for wrong sizes or a change of mind.
  • Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping to all U.S. states and Washington, D.C. No minimum required.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on average within 5–8 business days.
  • Standard U.S. delivery: on average 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery times vary by location.
  • Note: Please be aware that processing and shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons. *** Shipping will take a few days longer for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S. states and Washington, D.C., but we have plans to expand in the future.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
